Main Sources of Vegan Protein

Often times, non-vegans follow terrible fast food or poorly balanced diets and they suffer from numerous physical and mental conditions that somehow seem to be normal for society, but when someone is vegan and they suffer from some health imbalance, the immediate reaction is to attribute that imbalance to the fact that they follow a vegan diet.
