This delicious smoothie is full of antioxidants and it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tea bag rooibos
  • 1/2 cup water almond milk
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dried rose buds (for tea)
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger

HOW TO MAKE

  • Steep the rooibos tea bag and rosebuds in the hot water for 5 min
  • Blend almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup
  • Stir in the almond milk blend in the tea
