Lemon Chia Immune Boosting Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is full of antioxidants and it has anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients:
- 1 large lemon
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 one capsule of the bio activated turmeric (open it and pour just the contents)
- 1 cup of peaches
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp ginger
