Kick The Cold With IMMUNE BOOSTING TONIC

Black pepper SIP & salt to taste
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 clove garlic (optional)
- 1/3 tsp fresh turmeric (grated)
- 1/2 medium lemon (juiced)
- 1/3 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 15-20 min and strain. Sip away!
