Anti-Inflammatory PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Black pepper SIP & salt to taste
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they blend into a smooth paste
